  • Those who can't sit on the floor, can do modified asanas with props and on chair with our expert guidance
What is Ashtang Yoga?
  • Ashtang Yoga is a traditional and original style of yoga, which is also known as eight fold path. This is regular yoga practice session.
  • Eight Limbs of Yoga: 1. Yam 2. Niyam 3. Asana 4. Pranayam 5. Pratyahar 6. Dharna 7. Dhyan 8. Samadhi
  • In this style, we perform Asana and hold it for longer time. Maximum 2-3 repeatations of each Asana.

  1. Snayu sanchalana / Warm up
  2. Asanas
  3. Pranayam / Breathing technique
  4. Relaxation techniques
  5. Dharna / Dhyana (Concentration / Meditation)
  6. also includes free lectures on Pranayam, yoga philosophy and free workshop on meditation every month
